Brody had his second day at the new daycare and it went well - only a few tears at the start of the day - they said that he has been adjusting really well. He's even been sleeping on the cot - not for long naps, but he has been doing it and he's learning to drink out of a regular cup!!
He also started his Socatots class tonight which is a soccer based program for young children. I had done some research online - it sounded really neat and I thought it would be something fun for Brody and Mike to do together. Unfortunately, it wasn't such a huge hit with Brody as he would rather just play with the balls than have to do some of the structured activities that the instructors had planned. Oh well...the instructor assured Mike that it can take a few classes before the kids get used to the routine so we're hoping that next week will go over a bit better - keep your fingers crossed for us!
I've attached some pictures of Brody in his soccer uniform - he may not be the next David Beckham in making - but he sure is cute:)
