The kids have been having fun with our little Elf, Glee (can you see him in the picture?!). I can't honestly say that it's had quite the behaviour changing powers on our kids that I had hoped - now all three of them are quick to point out that if Glee's not in the room he can't see what their doing and unfortunately our response isn't good enough to convince them otherwise. At any rate, they do LOVE looking for him in the morning...only problem we're running out spots where he can go where the kids can't reach him!
