There are two things that I do and don't want to have happen with this railing:
#1: It's only a matter of time before they realize that they can climb over the railing to get to the dining room from the family room and I DON'T want them doing that! P.S. Can you tell their saying cheese?!? P.P.S. At the time of posting this they have already figured this out...grrrr!
#2: I really DO want to paint the handrail black (or dark brown) and the banisters white...this colour has been bothering me since we moved in and we have an absurb amount of railings in this house - gotta love the 80's! P.P.P.S Due to their recent discovery, I'm now thinking that a wall may be in order....I'm kidding - I think;)
