The past few weeks have just flown by - our weekends have been super busy! The weekend after Thanksgiving, some of my cousins and I headed up to Blue Mountain for a "Girls Weekend Away" - it was perfect....we spent the day at the Scadinave Spa (I HIGHLY recommend it!), then out for an amazing dinner in the Blue Mountain Village and then we went out to an Irish pub for drinks and dancing - we all had a terrific time and can't wait to do it all again next year:)

The following weekend, Tricia, John and Mike hosted a party at the Legion in Milton for Donnie and Alice's 40th Wedding Anniversary! What a party it was!!!! Some of Mike's relatives from Nova Scotia made the trip all the way to Milton for the "big do" - it was great to see them as well as other relatives and friends we haven't seen in a while:) One of the big hits of the night was Stormin' Norman, the DJ...he was a real hoot!

That same weekend, we went to our friends, Jess and Adam's, for a Halloween party with all the kids! Jess and Adam have just had their second baby and moved into their new house all within 5 weeks - WOW!!! They were perfect hosts and everything went off without a hitch - Mike and I were extremely impressed. I know that if I had just had a baby there would be NO WAY we'd be throwing a Halloween party with 10-20 little ones running around - my hat's off to the two of you - WELL DONE! Everyone had such a great time:)
