Trick or Treat!

Boogity Boogity Boogity - Let's go Racing!

Happy Halloween! We hope that everyone had a fun day and enjoying some candy now. This afternoon, Brody and I carved the pumpkin together - or should I say - Brody was in the backyard, while I carved the pumpkin - he wasn't a fan of the "yucky mess" in the pumpkin and kept a fair distance most of the time. (CLARIFICATION - for those of you that noticed and may be wondering...the pumpkin that Brody is holding in the picture - is NOT the one that I did - that one is plastic, I wished mine looked that nice!!)

All in all it was a good day. We went trick or treating and hit about 4 homes before Brody had the daylights scared out of him at one of our neighbours and then he refused to go to anymore homes - he's not the bravest soul on the best of days and the life sized motion sensored ghost was just a bit too much for the little fella! He had more fun helping us give out candy and telling the kids to "go eat the candy!" Unfortunately, for some kids, I didn't realize that before he was passing out the candy, he was attempting to take bites out of the candy bars (wrappers and all) - yuck!!
